Focus Areas
Below is a listing of the morning workshops with a brief description. Each Focus Area will have two different workshops that you will be randomly assigned to.
When registering, you will be asked to pick a first and second choice – Focus Areas are available on a first come, first serve basis.

- With all the digital tools available what does it take to be a commercial artist today?
Culinary Design
- Get an inside look at the latest trends in fresh from the farm, local food and how creativity and innovation are important ingredients.
- Dream about a restaurant concept and how it could come true.
Product Development
- How to discover your idea and figure out what’s next?
- How to create a winning package design to help your product sell.
Technology
- What would you and your team design with an idea, $10K and a chance at $250K in investor money?
- Where is technology going and how to discover what’s next?
